Experience a Sweet Adventure Together!
In this course, parents and children will join forces and learn how to make macarons using the Swiss meringue method – a more stable technique that’s perfect for teamwork. Together, you’ll master not only the preparation of the batter, but also two delicious fillings: a smooth pistachio ganache and a fruity raspberry one. At the end, everyone will decorate their macarons according to their own imagination.
This course is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy time together, learn something new, and take home both a sweet treat and shared memories.

A recipe folder

All necessary ingredients

A box for your creations

Tips and tricks

Refreshments throughout the course, including coffee
